The Project
This transformation took place by keeping the existing footprint and removing internal walls to make a more usable and open space. Maximising the natural light was a key driver for glazing decisions including an oak partition that was installed between the dining room and living room. What was previously bay windows was transformed into floor to ceiling glazing and doors that flows out onto a new raised patio made from mandarin stone.
All skirting boards were made to a bespoke profile on site.
