NEIGHBOURING LOFT CONVERSION

The Project

We recently undertook neighbouring loft conversions, which we built simultaneously. Using our signature Spanish slates and Tuff Stuff grp flat roof, we completed two identical loft conversions that each have their own unique style and flair.

Our two favourite features are the bespoke skylight which, has a real wow factor and floods the hallway with natural light as well as the angled window which follows the pitch of the old roof.

We built and completed this loft conversion in its entirety working closely with the customer throughout. The project consisted of lowering the ceilings, roofing, hanging all the Spanish slates, installing new glazing throughout including the Veluxes, a new staircase and GRPing the new flat roof.

In this Scandi family bathroom, we undertook the full wet room install which included tiling the double niche and bringing the bespoke shower screen in through the bathroom window. The boiler is boxed neatly and discreetly into a cupboard, built based on the clients requirements.
