Rear Extension Baffins Portsmouth

On this project we built a large rear extension and completely remodelled the back of this property. Removing an unusable conservatory and replacing it with a light and spacious open plan kitchen diner come family room, which flows seamlessly out onto a slate patio with an overhanging roof canopy.

The customer opted for a very clean and modern look, which we are big fans of! We took care of every element of the job from start to finish supplying all materials and labour whilst also helping with any of the design decisions. This made the process as smooth as possible whilst ensuring the customer got exactly what they wanted.

As you can see the original kitchen area required major structural work in order to achieve the open plan layout, a challenge which we relished. During the process of relaying out of the rear of this property we were able to squeeze in a downstairs wc. An essential for any family.
